Processing time

All ARTIS Petit editions are prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide from Barcelona, Spain, using tracked courier services. Estimated delivery: Spain 2–4 business days · EU 4–7 · UK/Switzerland 5–8 · Rest of world 7–14. Prints are shipped flat or in a rigid tube with protective packaging. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Any import duties or taxes outside the EU are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you may return an eligible item within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the work must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Made-to-order or personalised pieces may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Damaged or lost items

If your work arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days with photos via our contact page. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Every ARTIS Petit edition is produced under gallery supervision and dispatched signed and numbered, with its edition details.
